中華飲食文化基金會是一個以研究、傳承中華飲食文化為宗旨的民間財團法人,以中華飲食文化中的天文、地理、歷史、文學、藝術、考古等與烹飪技巧等有密切關係之層面,作為探討、研究之對象,使中華飲食文化能有系統的一脈傳承。
希望透過動畫呈現日本飲食文化的特點,美術設計著重在「季節感」與「日本食物」畫面,透過強烈日式風格與柔順、流暢動態設計,讓日本飲食文化得以輕鬆地說明與容易被理解。

根據客戶所需,我們產出了文字腳本作為分鏡和場景設計的基礎,來延伸這次影片的定調,以歷史脈絡開場帶出日本的飲食文化基礎,我們使用清晰易懂且完整的起承轉合敘事手法來呈現影片。
此外,在這次專案中,使用鏡頭的穿梭帶出立體感和空間感讓觀眾能更融入故事,風格上主要使用浮世繪,以提高主題的辨識度;在細節方面,影片中亦使用了各種漸層來強化浮世繪風格,強化各式食品及擺盤風格的精緻度,以讓目標客群能夠在短時間內更迅速地吸收資訊。
經過與客戶的來回討論之下,我們選用了與主基調與關鍵字相符的音樂,同時配合故事內容中的起承轉合,以使觀看體驗更為完整。
Based on the client’s needs, we produced a text script as the basis for storyboarding and scene design to extend the tone of the film and bring out the foundation of Japanese food culture in a historical context. We use a clear, easy-to-understand and complete narrative approach to present the film. In addition, in this project, the shuttle of the camera was used to bring out a sense of three-dimensionality and space so that the audience can be more involved in the story. Ukiyo-e is mainly used in style to enhance the recognition of the subject. In terms of details, various gradients are also used in the video to enhance the ukiyo-e style and enhance the sophistication of various food and presentation styles, so that the target audience can absorb the information more quickly in a short period of time. After back-and-forth discussions with the client, we selected music that was consistent with the main tone and keywords, and also matched the continuation and transition in the story content to make the viewing experience more complete.

為了凸顯日式飲食文化的差異,我們選用最具特色性的於浮世繪日本浮世繪著手。
有別於傳統浮世繪的用色,我們在專案中為呼應日式飲食的豐富度,在不影響風格的情況下我們加入大量漸層色,以增加食物擺飾上的精緻度呈現出料理的美感與獨特風味。
In order to highlight the differences in Japanese food culture, we chose the most distinctive Japanese ukiyo-e to start with. Different from the traditional ukiyo-e colors, we echoed the richness of Japanese food in the project without affecting the In terms of style, we add a lot of gradient colors to increase the sophistication of food decorations and present the beauty and unique flavor of the dishes.

為了能讓民眾更深入理解飲食文化上的差異,我們透過歷史脈絡引導觀眾進入,從中帶到一些關鍵性的歷史事件、人物、物件等帶入畫面中,讓民眾能了解日本飲食文化的發展是一個由古至今的漫長歷史過程,充滿著傳統、創新和文學藝術的交融。
也解釋了為何日本的飲食文化在全球范圍內享有盛譽,成為世界上最具影響力的飲食文化之一。
In order to let the public have a deeper understanding of the differences in food culture, we guide the audience through the historical context and bring some key historical events, characters, objects, etc. into the picture, so that the public can understand the development of Japanese food culture. The in-depth historical process from ancient times to the present is full of the integration of tradition, innovation and literature and art. It also explains why Japanese food culture enjoys a global reputation and has become one of the most influential food cultures in the world.

Japanese food culture is like a superb ukiyo-e, revealing wisdom and taste tempered over thousands of years. In the emphasis on Japanese food, we have witnessed the respect for the original flavors of the ingredients, and feel that every bite of the food is like a painting, carrying the essence of literature and art.
